Warehouse Specialist Needed: Keeper of Order and Logistics Guru!

What You'll Be Packing Into Your Day: 

• Warehouse Operations Maestro: Take charge of day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials with precision and speed. 

• Stock Management Wizard: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure stock is organized and accessible, and conduct regular checks to keep everything accounted for. 

• Process Builder Extraordinaire: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine warehouse processes that enhance efficiency and productivity. You’ll document workflows, create detailed stock profiles, and oversee scrapping non-repairable items in compliance with regulations. 

• Transport Coordinator: Travel and arrange for the smooth transport of materials to and from field technicians, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. 

• Safety Advocate: Promote a safe and efficient working environment, implementing safety protocols and encouraging a culture of vigilance. 

• Package Builder: As our versatile package builder, you ensure everything is ready for your technical colleagues. Based on a parts list, you carefully assemble a package with all the necessary components. You’re also hands-on with assembly tasks, like putting together a battery pack. You’re the one who keeps things running smoothly, making sure everything is organized and in place. Practical, structured, and always with an eye for detail – that’s your superpower! 

What You Bring to the Table: 

• Experience: A background in warehouse operations or logistics, with a keen knowledge in technology or stock management and material handling. 

• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in warehouse management systems and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications. 

• Hands-On Attitude: Physically capable of handling, packing, and unpacking stock as needed. 

• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive mindset to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions on the fly. 

• Team Player: Excellent communication and coordination skills to work seamlessly with colleagues, suppliers, and other departments. 

• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and the ability to commute to our warehouse in the Netherlands.
