What You’ll Be Blowing Away:

As the wind that drives our region, you'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and mentoring your crew of Technicians. Your leadership ensures that our turbines stay in peak condition, with safety always as your guiding star. When it comes to reporting, you’ll be the go-to person, feeding insights back to the Service Manager and offering valuable feedback on the performance of your team.


Servicing & Reporting:

You’ll oversee routine inspections and maintenance, making sure our onshore turbines get the care they need. You'll dive into diagnostics and troubleshooting when mechanical, electrical, or technical hiccups arise, keeping downtime to a breeze. You’ll also play a key role in reporting on accountability, faults, and issues, helping us steer clear of stormy waters. And when big projects roll in—like onboarding new turbines or replacing major components—you’ll be right there, ready to take on the challenge. Stock levels, checklists, and snag lists? You’ll own them all, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Plus, you’ll welcome new Technicians into the fold, guiding them through their regional inductions.


Customer Contact:
You'll be the friendly face (and voice) for customers on-site, keeping them updated and in the loop every step of the way. They’ll appreciate your clear communication as much as we appreciate your leadership.


The Calm in the Storm: Quality & Safety

You’re the champion of safety in your region, making sure every Technician works in a secure environment. You’ll keep a sharp eye on QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) documentation, making improvements where needed to ensure a safety culture that’s as strong as the wind itself. As the keeper of our fleet, you’ll also take charge of our regional vehicles, ensuring they’re in top shape for any journey.


Catch the Wind of Change: Leadership & Collaboration

You'll meet with your Technicians for biweekly or monthly toolbox talks, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration with the control room. When new issues pop up, you'll have the experience and calm to escalate them appropriately, keeping everything running smoothly. From supervising the work of Level 1 and Level 2 Technicians to mentoring them as they reach AT status, you’ll lift the team to new heights. You’ll even spend one day every other week out of the field, focused on those team leader duties that keep us ahead of the game. And when it's time to coordinate scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, you'll work closely with the control room and Service Planner to get the job done.


Job requirements

What You’ll Need to Ride the Wind:

  • A valid driver’s license—because you’ll be on the move, wherever the breeze takes you.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with extra points if you’ve got more technical training.
  • You’re already an authorized Technician with Level 2 training under your belt.
  • Previous people management experience is a plus, but if you’ve got the drive to lead, we’ll help you find your way.
  • A strong technical background in turbine maintenance and operations is great, but a commitment to safety is non-negotiable.

  • Excellent time management and planning—no gusty days throw you off track.
  • Problem-solving skills with an eye for detail—you know how to keep things running smoothly.
  • Highly organized, even under pressure—you're the calm in the storm.
