What You'll Be Taking Charge Of:

Team Captain:

Lead, coach, and energize your team of technicians and team leaders. From performance reviews to development plans, you’re their go-to for guidance, motivation, and growth.

Master of Service Delivery:

Ensure maintenance and service operations run like a finely tuned turbine—on time, on budget, and with high availability. Whether it's scheduled maintenance or rapid-response troubleshooting, you'll keep the gears turning.

Customer Champion:

Build rock-solid relationships with our clients by delivering service excellence. You’ll be the person they trust when things get complex, ensuring any issues are handled swiftly and smoothly.

KPI Guru:

Keep a close eye on performance. Track service metrics, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions to fine-tune our service delivery. Your insights will keep us a step ahead.

Budget Boss:

Manage your scope’s budget like a pro—allocating resources smartly, cutting costs without cutting corners, and making sure we stay efficient and effective.

Safety Advocate:

Install a safety-first culture in every team. You’ll uphold HSE regulations like gospel and make sure every job is done with care, compliance, and confidence.

Tech Translator:

Keep your finger on the pulse of wind turbine technology and service trends. You don’t need to be a technician—but knowing your nacelle from your hub definitely helps.

Strategic Player:

Execute the broader service strategy at a local level. Your feedback and leadership help shape the future of our operations, ensuring we’re always improving, always evolving.

Job requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Solid leadership experience, ideally in a service or technical environment—bonus points if it’s in the wind industry.

  • A knack for people development, process optimization, and operational planning.

  • Comfort with data, KPIs, and budgeting tools. You love a good dashboard.

  • Familiarity with wind turbine components and service workflows.

  • A sharp problem-solving mind and a cool head under pressure.

  • The drive to create a culture of accountability, ownership, and safety.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Service Manager)

  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
