At Full Circle, we keep wind turbines spinning—and data is key to making that happen. As our new Control Room Data Analyst, you'll transform turbine data into actionable insights that support our teams and customers alike. From performance reports to trend spotting, your work helps us stay ahead of the game and minimise downtime.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts analytical thinker and great communicator—someone who’s comfortable digging into complex data, but also knows how to turn numbers into stories people can act on.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1) Reporting & Insights

You’ll manage our monthly reporting cycle—covering turbine availability, alarms, and performance. Whether it’s a recurring dashboard or a one-off request, you’ll provide data that helps our teams and customers make informed decisions.

2) Working with Data

You’ll gather data from multiple sources, including internal systems and external APIs, and make sure it’s clean, consistent, and reliable. You’ll also maintain and structure databases so they’re easy to use and scale as we grow.

3) Spotting Patterns

You’ll analyse large datasets to identify trends, issues, or opportunities. Your ability to connect the dots will help us detect performance changes early and keep turbines running at their best.

4) Collaborating across teams

You’ll work closely with the Control Room and other departments to make data more accessible and actionable. From dashboards to clear summaries, you’ll make complex insights easy to understand—and use.

What You’ll Bring:

✔️A strong foundation in statistics and experience using tools like Excel (bonus points for SQL or BI tools).

✔️A keen eye for detail—you spot the patterns others miss.

✔️Confidence in communicating complex findings in a simple, clear way.

✔️The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines when needed.

✔️Previous experience in data analysis or a related field.

Nice to have:

📝Familiarity with data visualisation tools or platforms.

📈Experience in the renewable energy sector or a good understanding of wind turbine operations.
