Purpose of the Job

We have created a new position within our Global Supply Chain Team to manage our defective parts and refurbishment process. Based at our Warehouse near Livingston, the Warehouse Process Coordinator will work closely with our existing warehouse team to create new processes and manage our stock efficiently. New position & requirement to manage Full Circle’s defective parts and refurbishment processes.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Maintain system (Opus Flow) accuracy representing movements of MDR & refurbished stock including financials & purchase order data.
  • Liaise directly with refurbishment companies to arrange repairs
  • Increase refurbishment options by developing new repair contacts & solutions.
  • Arrange collections from field technicians and transportation to & from refurbishment companies.
  • Develop detailed documentation per OEM stock articles indicating refurbishment possibilities.
  • Arrange scrapping in accordance with local laws of all non-repairable items.
  • Develop red MDR process for warranty claims.

Job requirements

  • Previous experience working in a stock warehouse.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability and experienced of learning new technologies i.e., Opus Flow.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Full Driver’s License.
  • Valid Passport.
  • Physically capable to handle & pack/unpack stock articles.
  • Warehouse environment & material management experience.
  • Experience with setting up supply chain processes and documentation.
  • Passionate about process improvement and efficiency.
  • Based close to Coalville.
