Your Role

Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance and service activities for our fleet of onshore wind turbines. The Service Coordinator will also support the Service Team to improve the efficiency and completion of our Service Operations documentation management, system entries and performance tracking.

What You’ll Be Handling Day-to-Day: 

Service Coordination & Planning

  • Support Team Leads to oversee and report mobilisation and demobilisation of turbine including issuing of workorders to technicians to complete demobilisation – check that they’ve closed workorder, consumed parts and completed hours.

  • Plan & schedule routine maintenance, servicing including remaining items, for our fleet of onshore turbines.

  • Coordinate with Service Managers, Team Leaders and Service Technicians to ensure timely execution of Service Plan on a daily basis.

  • Weekly catch up with Head of Service on Service Plan.

  • Escalate any issues with regards to planned works to the Service Manager.

  • Work with technicians to ensure documentation is completed on time, including service paperwork, work orders consuming parts and documentation in Opus flow.

  • Checks technicians enter daily hours in Opus Flow against planned works in a timely manner, highlighting any discrepancies to Service Manager.

Data & Documentation Management

  • Check records of service checklists and documentation, working with Technicians to ensure that these are completed on time

Performance Tracking

  • Performs checks for opus hours against TBN.

  • Generates reports on service efficiency, downtime and availability trends.

Job requirements

What You’ll Need in Your Toolkit:

✔️Previous experience working in a fast paced administration role, working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

✔️Previous experience in a service coordination or planning role.

✔️Proficient at using different systems.

✔️Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

✔️Previous experience working in onshore wind is an advantage.

💬Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

🤝 Teamwork, collaboration and willingness to take over responsibility independently.

📚 Intermediate to advance Excel skills.
