If you've been keeping up with us, you'll know we're on a rocket ride to growth! Our HR team has been busy bees, and we're thrilled to report that our recruitment game is strong! We've smashed through benchmarks, bringing on board 75 amazing individuals in the last 14 months—all without the help of agencies or head hunters!


But as they say, every rocket has its limits, and we've hit ours in terms of handling recruitment within the HR team. We're shifting gears to ensure dedicated attention to building our employer brand, nurturing our candidate pipeline, refining our recruitment tools, and ensuring our newcomers at Full Circle have a stellar start. So, we're on the lookout for someone special:


**Talent Spotter and Welcoming Specialist**


Sure, your business card might read "Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist," but we're looking for someone who gets what that title truly means. We don't see recruitment as just a job; it's about embodying our culture, being our brand ambassador, and making sure every new face feels at home from day one. So, if you're up for diving into projects, collaborating with our awesome HR team (who are a bit too fond of recruitment to let it go entirely!), and sprinkling some marketing magic here and there, you might just be our perfect fit!


Of course, you'll help us hunt down top talent through various channels, but what really sets us apart is our personal touch. Our people join—and stick around—because of the human connection. That means understanding our managers' vibes, deciphering team dynamics, and ensuring our newbies feel the love right from the get-go. Oh, and you'll be their guide through those crucial first weeks, making sure they're set up for success and feeling like part of the family.

Job requirements

Now, onto the three non- negotiables and their explanation:

  • You are mid career and looking for your 3rd role/ have 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably rocking technical roles in an international setting. You will be our specialist, so we want you to be experienced in interviewing and for you to have built confidence in decision making.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills, easily adapting your approach to different audiences. You will be spotting talent in 5 different countries (and who knows what more will come our way), from technical field base or warehouse roles, up to global and managerial functions. We want everyone to feel comfortable speaking to you and want you to be able to connect with these people.
  • You are living in our around European city of the year; Amersfoort. In order to ensure we all still know each other a year from now and to foster our dynamic, international culture, we would like everyone to be in the office half of their time. To be respectful of everyone’s work/life balance we prefer to offer short commuting times
