Join Our Dynamic Marketing & Communication Team!

Are you ready to spice up your career in Marketing & Communication? We're on the lookout for a new team member to join us due to a colleague's pregnancy leave. Having that said, this is a temporary gig!

Although we expect from both of you team members to be all-round, we aren’t looking for a copy cat of our current team member! No, we are on the hunt for someone with a special interest, experience in and passion for PR, content writing and storytelling.


About the Role:

This is a temporary position, as it is a replacement for maternity leave. We are still shaping our marketing communications (Marcomms) efforts, and the Marcomms team will consist of just two people. For that reason, you'll be wearing many hats, including:

  • Managing external communication, dealing with media, and crafting engaging press releases.
  • Taking charge of Full Circle brand marketing, including advertisements and social media content (with the option to collaborate with third-party support).
  • Orchestrating our participation in exhibitions and conferences.
  • Providing support for internal communication, including management updates.
  • Working closely with HR to enhance our employer branding.
  • Digging into market data to uncover insights that guide our strategies.

Job requirements

Your backpack is filled with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Strong English language skills (native-level or professional).
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, showcasing your expertise PR, content creation and storytelling. As well as in social media management, website maintenance, video editing, and all things related to communication and marketing.
  • A creative spark to infuse our content with personality and innovation. And to bring something new to all colleagues in Amersfoort and abroad.
  • You like being in an environment that can be a bit chaotic from time to time. You are the one setting things in stone, so there isn’t much to fall back to yet. Pro-activity, initiative, self-starting, go with the flow, learn while doing… these are words that describe you!


Bonus Points:

While not mandatory, these additional skills would make you stand out:

  • Proficiency in French.
  • An extensive network within our industry.

Location and Hours:

This opportunity is based in Amersfoort and requires 4 days per week.
