Wat ga je doen?
Als HR meewerk stagiair krijg je de kans om mee te draaien in verschillende HR-activiteiten, zowel in Nederland als in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Je zult werken aan recruitment, onboarding, personeelsadministratie en meer. Je komt terecht in een gezellig en enthousiast HR-team, dat je met open armen ontvangt en de tijd neemt om je de fijne kneepjes van het vak te leren!

Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

• Meewerken aan het recruitmentproces (vacatureteksten schrijven, sollicitaties screenen, interviews plannen).

• Ondersteunen bij het onboarding proces voor nieuwe medewerkers.

• Helpen bij HR-projecten en administratieve taken, zoals het bijhouden van personeelsdossiers en contractbeheer.

• Coördineren van HR-activiteiten in zowel Nederland als het VK.

• Analyseren van HR-gegevens en het maken van rapportages.

Wat zoeken wij?

• Je volgt een HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde of iets vergelijkbaars.

• Je zit in je 3e jaar en bent op zoek naar een stage van minimaal 5 maanden.

• Je hebt interesse in recruitment en HR-processen.

• Je hebt een proactieve houding en kunt goed zelfstandig werken.

• Je spreekt en schrijft Engels en Nederlands, maar nogmaals je Engels hoeft niet perfect te zijn!
