Control Room Operator
Hi there! We're on the lookout for a Control Room Operator to join our international Operations crew at Full Circle Wind Services. The Control Room is the heartbeat of our operation, where we keep tabs on 600+ turbines worldwide, ensuring they're at their peak performance.
As a Control Room Operator, you're the backbone of our Wind Turbine Squad. Picture yourself as the vigilant guardian, overseeing the global performance of our turbines. Your mission? Monitor, equip on-site Technicians, troubleshoot issues from afar and gather all information needed to report back to our customers. Your insights will be the wind beneath their wings (or turbines, in this case).
What you'll do:
- Monitor our wind turbines worldwide and escalate all important system alerts.
- Assist and/or supervise of service activities performed by colleagues and/or third parties.
- Remotely troubleshoot alarms and warnings like a digital detective, cracking the code to turbine tranquillity.
- Dive into the symphony of communication! You’ll communicate with customers, technicians, and Remote Technical Support, to coordinate tasks and mitigate doubts.
- Keep Service-related records up to date, creating a culture where every hiccup turns into a valuable lesson.
- Conduct wind turbine performance analyses, transforming data into insights using our “supervisory control and data acquisition” (SCADA) system.
- · Within our team, you're the maestro of customer contact, wielding your specialist wand to orchestrate seamless interactions that leave everyone cheering for an encore.
- · Our team has hit a growth spurt and, well - a few growing pains! We need a team player like you to bring your expertise in work structures and efficiencies. Basically, we're hoping you'll be the guiding light so that the whole team can smoothly navigate this growth phase and learn a thing or two from your mastery in this area!
What's in Your Toolbox:
Excellent English communication skills. Dutch, German and/or Swedish would be considered a huge advantage!
