Your Mission: Elevate Our Digital Infrastructure

As our IT Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming our IT landscape, ensuring our systems are cutting-edge and our operations seamless. This is more than a job; it’s your opportunity to lead, innovate, and shape the future of IT within a growing, dynamic company. One of our main focus points is automation, but this has to happen in a stable and secure way.

What You’ll Be Handling Day-to-Day

• IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee and maintain our IT systems, ensuring reliable performance across all platforms.

• Manage networks, hardware, and software to guarantee smooth operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement tech solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Cybersecurity

• Develop and enforce security protocols to protect our data and systems.

• Monitor for potential threats and respond swiftly to resolve issues.

Leadership Development

• You will lead a team of 6 professionals and align projects, changes, new functionalities, and vulnerabilities with our MSP, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for specialized IT support when needed.

• You will manage not only an office network but also the connection to all our wind turbines. All this needs to align with ISO27001 and NIS-2

Digital Transformation

• Drive the implementation of cutting-edge tools and systems that support our mission.

• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure Full Circle remains at the forefront of technology.

What You Need to Make the Cut

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices.

  Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platform Azure. Azure has no secrets for you, as we are entirely cloud-based.

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
