Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to take the lead in a dynamic global supply chain? Full Circle Wind Services is looking for an experienced and proactive Global Supply Chain Manager to keep things moving smoothly and further build and professionalize this function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and services that support our mission of driving sustainable energy solutions.
About the Role:
As the Global Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be at the hub of our operations, overseeing the entire supply chain from procurement to logistics and inventory management. You'll be responsible for keeping operations as efficient as a well-oiled turbine, across our global footprint. This role is both a strategic as well as a hands-on role, so you'll collaborate with various teams (including operations, finance, and project management) — to ensure that every part of the process fits together perfectly.
Day to Day you will:
- Blow us away by developing and implementing global supply chain strategies to meet business goals
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management, making sure everything runs like a well-coordinated delivery
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize sourcing strategies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement, ensuring the chain never breaks
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align supply with project requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, keeping everything above board and on time
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team – which currently holds over 5 nationalities-, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Optimize and fine-tune our newly implemented system, bringing to peak performance and delivering maximum efficiency across all operations.
- Train and empower all levels of the company on supply chain best practices, shifting behaviours and connecting the dots to drive a more efficient and forward-thinking organization.
About you:
You’re an experienced professional in supply chain management, ideally – but not necessarily- within the wind or renewable energy sector. You’re strategic, organized, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly — no matter how complex the chain of events may be.
You are located on commuting distance of our Head Office in Amersfoort, the Netherlands and willing to travel occasionally.
Job requirements
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s level experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a similar role for at least 5 years.
- Strong negotiation, (people) leadership, and project management skills.
